We offer remote VPN support as an option, and always provide the software passwords for you to maintain your equipment should you want to modify it in the future.
If safety is your number one concern (it should be!) then we can also provide safety evaluation report documentation up to PL-d (EN ISO 13849).
IO Link is the world's first standardised IO technology (IEC 61131-9) for the communication with sensors and actuators. It is fieldbus independent and can be integrated into all fieldbus systems worldwide.
With IO link each output is current limited, there's no need for screening inputs, and the modules are rated up to IP67, so you can remove all these terminals from your enclosure and save time. Simply supply the modules with 24V and connect it to your PLC and its ready to go! The inputs and outputs are configurable, which simplifies your bill of materials drastically and the connections used are standard M12, M8 or M5 connectors.
IO link is bidirectional so remote maintenance of devices is possible. It can be used to transfer several process values or parameters of a device simultaneously via one unscreened standard cable. Long term data aquisition using software such as IFM's moneo can be used to effectively plan downtime by viewing trends.
